Applying your Promotional code
You can use your promotional code for credits toward practically any item we sell. If you're having trouble redeeming your code, please see the troubleshooting tips below.
To redeem your promotional code, enter the code in the "Redeem" field during checkout. This is found above your payment options. Be sure to enter your code, and click "Redeem" before you enter your payment information. Please note that promotional codes may have restrictions that limit you to one per purchase.
Problems with a Promotional Code?
Be sure that you are entering the code exactly as it appears on your promotional offer, and that the code has not expired. If the code is correct, it is possible that your order does not meet the qualifications for using the promotional code.
Promotional code is " already redeemed". You only need to redeem your code once. If you are receiving an error message, check to see if the discount has already been applied to your balance on the Checkout Confirmation Page.
