Unsure if your order went through to us? Sometimes an order will be sucessfully completed, even though an error my appear during the order process. Please check the list of recent orders in your Account, before attempting to place the order again.

Can't add items. If do not see the 'Add to shopping cart' button, or your not sure what to do, click here for more information.

Shopping cart is empty. If your shopping cart is empty, it is likely you are not logged in to your account. Click here for more information.

Error message on payment page. Be sure you have selected the correct credit card type (such as Visa) and that you can selected the correct expiration date from the dropdown boxes. Verify that the credit card number was entered correctly, without any dashes or spaces. If you are using a brand new, or recently issued credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order forum.

ZIP code and State do not match. This type of error message may be related to the way you typed in the name of the state. Try entering the full name of your state, or abbreviation without periods. For example, enter "Tennessee" or "CA" instead of "Tn." or "Tenn.". Also makes ure you have entered the ZIP code without spaces. To verify that the ZIP code you entered is correct, visit the USPS website at http://www.usps.com/zip4/

U.K. or German postal code errors. If you are shipping an order to the U.K., be sure to include the space in the postcode. You may need to enter the fourth or fifth character as a zero rather than a capital letter "O". If you are shipping an order to Germany, try leaving the D out of the postal code. For example, if the code is D-12467, enter just 12467.

Promotional code is not accepted. Be sure that you are entering the code exactly as it appears on your promotional offer, and that the code has not expired. If the code is correct, it is possible that your order does not meet the qualifications for using the promotional code.

Promotional code is "already redeemed". You only need to redeem your code once. If you are receiving an error message, check to see if the discount has already been applied to your balance on the Checkout Confirmation Page.

Page is looping back or is not being updated. If you are being looped back to the same page, or if the checkout page is not updating your changes, it could be that your Web Browser is caching, or storing an older copy of that page. You can force your Web Browser to update by holding down the Shift key and simultaneously clickong the Reload or Refresh button on your Web Browser.

System Error. This type of error generally occurs for only a short period of time. Please return to our Website and try again later.

Other troubleshooting tips. If your problem is not listed above, it's possible that one of these suggestions may help:

  • Refresh the page. If a page loads only halfway or takes a very long time to load, clicking the "Stop" button at the top of your browser and then clicking "Reload" or "Refresh" often solves the problem.
  • Clear your cache. Most Web browsers temporarily store a local copy of every page you visit. Clearing your cache deletes those files and makes room for new ones. Go to the "Cache" or "Temporary Internet Files" option on your browser (on Netscape, go to "Options" and choose "Network Preferences"; if you use Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" and choose "Internet Options"), and delete the files stored in your cache.

If none of these suggestions solves your problem, please contact us using the 'Submit a Ticket' link on the left side of this page.. Please include as much information in your message as possible, including:

  • What point in the ordering process is causing you trouble?
  • If you are receiving an error message, what does it say?
  • What items are you trying to order?
