What you need to do in order to return defective or incorrect items.
Packing and Returning your items
Important: You must have prior authorization to return your item. The package without prior authorization will be refused.
Open a Ticket and send us an email stating the issue, and how you would like it to be resolved. We will reply with an RMA number if accepted.
Open a Ticket and request a return. Wait for authorization. (Usually 24-48 hours)
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
Include the return address and RMA number on the outside of your package that was provided in our Authorization e-mail.
Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
