What are Promotional Certificates and how do I use them?
Paying with a Promotional Certificate
You may find promotional certificates or codes from DecalCity.com in newspapers, in shipments, or even in private e-mails! We offer a variety of these certificates as a way of saying "Thank you!" for shopping with us.
Promotional codes can be redeemed only at the time you place an order. Simply enter the claim code in the specified box during checkout - usually above where you choose your payment method. Be sure to click the "Redeem" button to redeem your code, before entering your payment information.
If the total cost of the items you are purchasing exceeds the amount of the certificate, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information for the remaining balance. Please note that generally, promotional certificates may not be applied toward sales tax or shipping costs.
You can verify that a promotional certificate was successfully applied by looking at the total on the Order Confirmation page just before submitting your order.
