My item is defective or is the wrong item.
Our Return Policy
You may return some items sold by DecalCity.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Open a Ticket explaining the problem, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We cannot accept returns on most customized decals. Most of our decals are "made-to-order", and created to fit your specifications. We cannot accept these items back, as we would be unable to resale them, and would simply have to throw them away.
We will, however, accept items that are defective in some way or is not in the condition advertised. If your request is reasonable, we will do what we can to help.
